Honouring their service. Remembering their sacrifice. Forever in our hearts.
A living memorial honouring the healthcare workers who lost their lives in service to others. Their dedication, compassion, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
Every name tells a story
Whilst all care has been taken to collate this information, we ask that any concerns, corrections, or requests to omit individuals be directed to us at [email protected].
Our vision is to create a lasting national legacy that recognises every healthcare worker who has died while serving, travelling to or from work, or as a consequence of their professional duties — regardless of their role or designation — through the development of a comprehensive memorial record.
We aspire to see the establishment of a National Healthcare Worker's Memorial in Canberra, where their courage, commitment and sacrifice will be honoured for generations to come.
Help Us Honour a Life
Do you know a healthcare worker who died in the line of duty? Families, colleagues, and organisations are invited to submit a name. Every submission is reviewed before being added to the memorial.
